Smart Taxi was an innovative taxi-hailing app offering safe, insured, and traceable transportation, supported by over 500 vehicles in the GTA and backed by 40+ years of experience. It addressed the growing demand for on-demand, mobile-first services, particularly among Generation Y. Positioned with strong infrastructure and tech capabilities, Smart Taxi pursued a rebrand to better align with market shifts. The first stage focused on name generation, tagline creation, logo design, key message refinement, and the development of a cohesive brand identity guideline.
